How to change boot logo

To change boot logo of 8/8.1

1. Download this software from http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/8oot-Logo-Changer.shtml
2. Install this software and open
3. click on load Picture then select any .bmp file
4. select area of picture 
5. click on generate bitmaps arrow 
6. Go to the testmode and turn in ON & say Yes
7. But by testmode it will show a watermark but it is recommended
8. Then back in bitmaps & click on backup & Yes then press any key
9. Click on Generate bootres.dll & say Yes
10. Click on Apply
